Ellen Degenres on bullying. It IS a serious problem.

I had retweeted a link this morning after seeing this powerful video
Ellen Degeneres made and played at the end of her show. But for those
that haven't seen it yet, you should watch this. We all can learn from
this. Sometimes we just don't think when we speak. This I admit and
will be making an effort to be part of the solution and not the
problem. It starts with us. Spread the message. It ends now!
