I love hamburgers. They are one of my favorite things. The opening of Gibson Bar's The Trailer restaurant add on had intrigued me. Trailer food is nothing new with a lot of it being delicous but in the burger category this is lacking.
Not any more. The bartender took the order for my Trailer Burger from the bar. This was a change from how other bars do this because you don't have to go to the food trailer, pay in cash, wait, and then go back to pick up your food. You can order it from the bar, on your tab, and someone brings it to you. LIKE IT SHOULD BE!
My burger arrived hot smelled awesome. Let me tell you about it. The fries are battered and served with their signature trailer sauce (bbq ranch?). The burger is meat, cheese, and bacon served on a toasted Round Rock Donut. Yes, you heard me right, ROUND ROCK DONUT!
This may be one of the best burgers I have ever had. Of course it could possibly kill me with all of the fat and calories but if I am going to have a vice let it be this burger. Check it out!
